I am delighted to introduce you to our registered charity organization based in Uganda. VENOS Charity
Foundation was established in 2020 with a clear mission: to empower, promote, and support women,
young women, their families, and people with Albinism in developing their full potential,
recognizing their choices, achieving their goals, and challenging injustice.
At VENOS, we firmly believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to thrive and live a
dignified life. We work tirelessly to provide a range of services that address the unique challenges
faced by women and families in Kampala, Uganda.
Our Work
Our services encompass various areas of support. We offer befriending services to women who find
themselves isolated or vulnerable, extending a compassionate hand to ensure they feel heard and
valued. Additionally, our advocacy services assist women facing hardships like domestic violence or
child neglect, providing them with the support and guidance they need.
Emotional and practical support lies at the heart of our foundation. We are dedicated to assisting
women and families who are struggling by offering them a safe space to express their emotions and
providing practical assistance to alleviate their burdens.
VENOS Charity Foundation is committed to inclusivity, ensuring that every individual, including
those often marginalized, receives the support they deserve. We stand for equality, regardless of
race, and actively promote programs that empower people with Albinism, fostering an environment
where they can thrive.
Our children's services, such as our One Child Education Programme, play a crucial role in shaping a
